Colleen M. Durfee joined the firm in July 2000, after earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Ms. Durfee possesses a great attention to detail and understanding of legal theory which, combined with years of legal research and practical experience, has provided her with a comprehensive knowledge of matrimonial and family law statutes and caselaw. Under attorney supervision, Ms. Durfee’s responsibilities include legal research and motion work, drafting of pleadings, Family Court petitions, settlement agreements, qualified domestic relations orders, and adoption documents. Ever passionate about the law, she is committed to obtaining fair and positive results.
