Stacey Buechmann graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997, and obtained her paralegal certification with honors from Hofstra University prior to joining our firm in October 2000. 

Ms. Buechmann displays a comprehensive understanding of the procedures and nuances of family and matrimonial law, developed over years of daily interaction with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. Under attorney supervision, she capably handles the preparation of uncontested divorce documents, drafting of matrimonial pleadings and Family Court petitions in contested matters, Statement of Net Worth review, the coordination of financial disclosure, and subpoena compliance. In addition, her previous employment in the title insurance industry equips her to deal with the real estate issues and transactions often associated with divorce cases. Ms. Buechmann's experience, intelligence, and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the firm.
